1. Training to include leadership, team building, quality planning, process improvement analysis techniques, and problem-solving techniques.
2. First-line supervisors will receive training in statistical techniques, statistical data display, and the proper methods and procedures for quality manufacturing.
3. Production personnel training includes methods and techniques for quality manufacturing, recording process information, and basic data interpretation.  Ongoing training will include problem diagnosis and correction steps applicable to operator/production personnel.
